Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Vault AI. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. We've kept the language as plain as we can — if something's unclear, email us.
01Your account
You need an account to use Vault AI, created via email/password or "Continue with Google." You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Vault AI.
02Plans, credits & streaks
Vault AI offers a free plan and paid plans. Details, prices, and limits are shown in-app and may change with notice.

| Lite / Pro / Max | Monthly credit pool, access to additional AI models (including premium models on Pro/Max), billed monthly or annually. |
03Payments & refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually) via our payment processor. Credit top-ups are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once credits have been used.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings — you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. For billing issues, contact us directly and we'll make it right.
04Acceptable use
Don't use Vault AI to:
- Break the law, or generate content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes others' rights.
- Attempt to bypass credit limits, tiers, or security controls (e.g. reverse-engineering the API keys, spamming to farm streak/credit rewards).
- Create multiple accounts to abuse free-tier limits.
- Upload data to your vault that you don't have the right to store or share.
- Send harmful, malicious, or automated abusive traffic to our servers.
05AI-generated content
Vault AI routes your messages to third-party AI models (Gemini, Claude, and others) to generate responses. AI responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation — always use judgment, especially for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
You own the output you generate through normal use, subject to the underlying model providers' own usage policies.
06Your vault data & ownership
Files and data you upload to your vault remain yours. We store them so the app can use them to answer your questions — we don't claim ownership over your content, and we don't use it to train AI models.
You can delete vault items at any time; deletion is permanent.
07Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free — we depend in part on third-party AI providers, which can have their own outages. We may update features, pricing, or these terms over time; meaningful changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
08Suspension & termination
You may stop using Vault AI and delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
