Why we built Vault
Every week brings a new AI model that's smarter than the last — but using any of them well means feeding them your context: your documents, your schedule, your history. Handing that over to five different companies, each with their own data policy, felt like the wrong trade to ask people to make.
So we built Vault AI to put the strongest models in the world — Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Llama and DeepSeek — behind a single, private interface. One that only sees what you choose to show it, and never sells, shares, or trains on it. Every connector is opt-in. Every file lives in your vault. Every model is a choice, not a lock-in.

We're a small team building the assistant we wanted to use ourselves: fast, honest about what it collects, and built around one simple rule — your data stays yours. No growth-hacking, no dark patterns, no fine print that contradicts the headline.
