What data does Vault AI actually collect?

Just what's needed to run your account: your email, the files and notes you add to your vault, your chat messages, and basic usage data like plan/credit status. Connector data is only accessed if you turn a connector on. Full breakdown in our Privacy Policy.

Does Vault AI use my data to train AI models?

No. Your vault data and conversations are never used to train Vault AI's models or any third-party provider's models. Personalization happens only within your own account.

How do I delete my account or data?

You can delete your account from Settings → Account in the app. If you'd rather we handle it, or you want an export of your data first, email us using the form below and we'll walk you through it.

Can I revoke a connector's access after connecting it?

Yes, anytime — disconnect it from Settings → Connectors with one tap. If you signed in or connected via Google, you can also revoke access directly from your Google Account permissions page.
